because she can go dget food for him/her.
A chick, just like any other bird.

SquabProbobly a chick, just like any other bird.Young doves and pigeons are called squabs.
just move the bird off to the side of the road and leave. Unless you tried really hard to hit it, it's not your fault and this stuff happens...
It depend on what species the bird is and how old the chick is.
I would have to say it depends on your point of view. The chicken giving birth to the egg most definitely comes before the egg. However the chick being given birth to is both a chick and an egg, being that the egg is a chick in its simplest form of infancy. It is like asking what came first the man or the infant boy? The infant is both an infant boy and a man just not yet reached a higher level of maturity or thought.
I would not let that slow you down. Carry on!
just leave a door or window open and get bird food and it will go away
A baby sparrow is called a chick. Yep, just like a chicken. So next time you see a cute little fluff ball hopping around, you can call it a chick and feel all knowledgeable and stuff. You're welcome.
Just leave it. Sometimes like with Blue Jays the mother kicks the baby bird out of the nest on purpose. i recently found a baby bird in my front yard.it is smart just to leave it there because the parents are coming back but if they dont just get a shoe box,put a towel in it,get an eye dropper like the stuff for itchy eyes and put suger water in it.then feed the baby bird the suger water every 2 to 3 hours.then when it gets feathers look up what the type of bird it is then see what it eats.hope this helps.
A baby kite is called a chick. In ornithology, a chick refers to a young bird of any species, including kites. Chicks are typically born helpless and dependent on their parents for food and protection until they are able to fend for themselves.
