Your car radio might not turn on after replacing the fuse because the fuse has blown again or because there is exposed wiring. If it's not factory installed and it's a DIY, there's probably an improper ground connection within the wiring.

either the accessory wire is unhooked or theirs a blown fuse!
just got radio from scrap yard plugged it in it works fine but it wont stop beeping when you turn the radio up the beeping gets louder how do you stop it.

You can take the "radio" fuse out and put it back in. This should work to reset eveverything.
Try replacing fuse 22 in the power distribution box next to the battery.
