I am not a doctor, but if someone starts to shake after getting hit on the head, especially the temple, it seems like they should see a doctor. A lot of cranial bones come together at the temple, so it is weaker than other parts of the skull. Uncontrolled shaking or spasms would make me very nervous, and I would definitely see a doctor.
