belive it or not there are so many things that can help a fuel pump to go out, 1. not having a good seal on the fuel system a. loose fill hose b. faulty fuel cap (cap dosent seal off tank properly) c. faulty vent plugs or lines (or the vapor filter located under the hood) d. excessive trash in tank e. faulty fuel filter (cloged if u cant blow through easly replace it) f. faulty fuel pressure regulator or injectors g. fuel power relay switch h. crimped or blocked pump or return lines
