No. Xehanort's Heartless (the fake Ansem) looked like Ansem the Wise (the real Ansem) but a lot tanner.

Yes, the real Ansem (Ansem the Wise) was a good guy. He was just confused with the idea of getting revenge on his apprentice, Xehanort. Xehanort had stolen the idea of studying and using hearts for darkness, which turned Xehanort into a Heartless called Ansem and created a Nobody named Xemnas. Until Ansem the Wise met Riku, Ansem thought revenge was the only way. When he saw that Riku released his inner darkness to help save his friends, Ansem realized that revenge is wrong. Since then, he had been helping Riku fight the darkness.

Ansem's nobody, Xemnas (Ansem remixed + an x), looks almost exactly the same as heartless Ansem, but this one does not claim to be anyone but what he is. 4.) But if you really want to split hairs, you could count Riku as one of the "Ansems" after his appearance was transformed to look exactly like heartless Ansem. He changes back later on. There are two people who state to be Ansem You have the real Ansem called Ansem The Wise, He studied the heartless for years but found out it was to dangerous to continue. But he had an Apprentice called Xehanort who continued his work secretly but went to far and got his heart taken by the heartless. His heart was so strong that the heartless he turned into was in the form of a man. This man called himself Ansem to try and frame Ansem The Wise. He also tried to consume Riku and used Malificent as a puppet to perform his evil tasks. In kingdom hearts 1 Sora, Donald and Goofy defeat the Xehanorts heartless but he rises again in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain Of Memories Reverse Rebirth to try and consume Riku once more. This time Mickey saves him and Xehanorts heartless is then destroyed. Ansem The Wise kills himself in Kingdom Hearts 2 because he gets the impression that the heartless inavasion was his fault for letting Xehanort continue his work because Xehanorts Heartless is the one that made the heartless stronger and therefore attack all the worlds. Ansem The Wise stopped his research when Sora was 10, Riku was 11 and Kairi was 9.
