There are perhaps three examples of personification in the poem, the most clear being "nor shall Death brag". Talking about the eye or complexion of the sun is not as clearly a personification, and is really more of a metaphor.

That is not a lot of personification. It's typical of Shakespeare's writing to have one or two in a poem of this length.
