A small parachute would fall faster then a larger one because there is less air resistance trying to push the small one up but the larger one has a lot of air resistance because there is more area for the air to push up.
Hope this helped :P
The surface area, mass and the shape of the parachute affect the time of fall of the parachutes. Also the height, where the parachute have been dropped from. ( There are more factors that this).
Terminal velocity. When the parachutes cannot fall any faster.
If the parachute is too small, then the load it is carrying will fall faster, the same thing is with big parachutes. If it is medium sized it will fall at a desirable rate than a larger or smaller parachute.

The reason parachutes were designed was so that people could fall at any height and not get hurt at all.

small fall
no
If you mean by wings slowing its fall. Yes they do the impact is less.
to travel downwards beneath the gravity of the atmosphere and break a persons immediate fall.
The man with a small parachute will fall faster.
Assuming the parachutes are the same size, then yes.
