The blower motor in a 2004 Lexus ES330 is located under the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle. To access it, you typically need to remove the lower dashboard panel. The blower motor is situated near the firewall and is responsible for circulating air through the vehicle’s heating and air conditioning system.
Look forward to a bill of over $2000! I had my 92 Lexus LS400 converted for $2,456! :(

The fan blower for a 1993 Lexus LS400 is located inside the cabin, typically behind the dashboard on the passenger side. To access it, you may need to remove the glove compartment and some dashboard panels. The blower motor itself is secured to the HVAC housing and is responsible for circulating air through the vehicle's heating and air conditioning system.
In a Lexus ES 300, the blower motor resistor is typically located near the blower motor itself, which is usually found under the dashboard on the passenger side. To access it, you may need to remove the lower dashboard panel. The resistor controls the speed of the blower motor and is often mounted to the HVAC housing. If you're having trouble locating it, consulting the vehicle’s service manual can provide detailed guidance.
the problem could be that the enegn is jamed
I had the same problem, no radio or blower or heater controls. It was fuse f11, on the top row of the two, nearest the back. It looked ok, but when I changed it anyway, they all worked again. Hope this helps
