This is actually a pretty common problem in the Plymouth Voyagers. That doesn't tell you WHY it would stop, only that it's not your fault. They charge around $500- $600 for a replacement panel, not including labor. When this happened to me, I opted to just buy a windshield GPS that gave me my MPH and I restart the trip data every time I fill up so I know when I need to fill up again.
You have a failure in the communication system on the van. It will require a scan tool to diagnose.

it is most likely a burnt out fuse, or the whole instrument cluster is shot. that happened to my 2002 impala. all gauges froze, and nothing worked. I would check the fuse first before replacing the entire cluster. Best of luck
