if your using a oil that is not the right viscosity, then the engine temp will increase and heat robs engine performance. Also, there has been occasions when the oil has been too thick and will start leaking through the seals and the block then needs to be rebuilt.
The Hemi IS an engine, you can't "put" a hemi on to another engine
you will probably have to have that changed in your computer by a dodge technician There is no way to turn that off.

As stated by Dodge on their website and a test of my own, on my 2007 Dodge Ram 5.7L V8 HEMI, it tops at about 390hp. So in good condition you will be pushing 390hp.
