He continues to bully you because he feels he can do so. The best thing to do is to have no contact with him at all, make it clear to him that he is not welcome at your home at any time. You may want to go to a family law attorney and discuss having a legal letter sent to him notifying him to stay away from you . Change your phone number, your door locks if he has had any previous access to them. If you have children and he has visitation rights with them, have a family member or friend be present at any meetings between you two. Don't let any argumentive situation escalate--ask him to leave and call the police. Don't threaten violence towards him and immediatley get out of his presence.
