An automatic gear would stick in 1st if there is an obstruction. Gears can sometimes break off and cause motion to stop entirely.
The real problem is manually shifting from gear to gear with an automatic transmission. If you are referring to the automatic upshift, there may be a problem with the EGR system or vacuum system.
Low Gear normally it means 1st gear
to the left and up
Low stands for Low Gear or 1st gear in the transmission.(I), is one I have never seen. If you mean 1 then that is 1st gear.
yes you have to change gear in any vehical that is a stick. you can change it to 1st gear or neutral. but on the other hand with a automatic their is no need to change gear they put a auto clutch system in vehicals like that.
What is your question? This question makes no sense.
You have a bad coil. if an automatic, it might not know wether to engage in 1st gear or 2nd gear

check your transmission fluid when the car is running
That usually happens! You have a serious transmission problem! When they go, they usually only leave you with one forward gear.
