The loud noise is probably attributable to a bad exhaust system.
A loud clicking sound coming from the front of your car when you are driving straight would be the result of a bad CV joint. This is something that should be checked out right away.
Driving at 50mph or above what causes a loud knocking clicking sound during acceleration?
Check the fan belt; it may need to be tightened.

The loud static radio sound while driving is usually caused by an interruption in service. It usually happens when you drive through a tunnel or a remote countryside.
Probably your brake pad came off.

Sound is measured in Decibels. This is judged based on the human hearing. You can use a decibel meter to detect just how loud a sound is.
S-10's have various troubles that make them 'sound loud.' Typically the exhaust system is the culprit. Pollution control systems such as the EGR or AIR pump are prone to leaking causing loud exhaust noises the intensify when the engine revs. Additionally, the timing belt is very noisy in truck that have more than 75,000 miles. I would first check the exhaust system including the emmissions systems that are connected to the exhaust system.
