Seawater has certain salt in it, in your cell you have an area of high concentration and there is an area of low concentration outside the cell causing the water inside the cell to leave (this process is hypertonic). Making the cell basically die...technically, the salt inside that water can actually dehydrate you instead of keep you alive, so you would die.
It is high in salt concentration, drying out the tissues.
it can lead to dehydration which can lead to low blood -pressure and slow heart beat
The high salt content of sea water makes drinking it very unhealthful. The salt has to be excreted and that means that water from within your body has to be used to restore the osmolality of the blood to what it should be. Drinking sea water will lead to dehydration very quickly.
Not really. It would only lead to weight gain if you are drinking literally gallons of it daily, and you are not exercising or maintianing a healthy lifestyle.
Practically impossible; the mean concentration of lead in sea waters is extremely low - 3.10-8 g/L.
There are two distinct problems with the consumption of salt in salt water. # Sodium from salt is absorbed into the bloodstream, and the thicker blood causes an increase in blood pressure. # Salt water, or water with any dissolved substance, is more difficult for the body to process. The body may not be able to absorb much water, or could actually throw off water to carry the salt out of the body. This can lead to dehydration.
It can lead to dehydration, and yes damage your health.

Drinking alcohol can speed up the process of dehydration and lead to serious health issues.
yes it can my friend had it so i would watch out
would you O'D your dog on salt? that would be the effects of your dog drinking sea water your dog needs a balanced diet not one with a high salt content... this can lead to dehydration, blindness convulsions and can kill it will shut the organs of the body down and swell the brain....the list can be endless you only need to lose 4% of your body fluids for dehydration to set in....most dogs will generally be sick from drinking salt water
Cooling a salt solution will crystalize the salt presumably by lowering the solubility, allowing the solution to be filtered and pure water obtained. Drinking salt water will lead to dehydration.
The salt will only make you more thirsty , and eventually dehydrate you more and lead to electrolyte imbalance. thus causing your kidneys to shut down, which will eventually lead to death by kidney failure. One possible symptom is hallucination

Yes it can
Drinking plenty of water prevents dehydration (which can lead to low blood pressure, heat stroke, nausea , dryness of mouth, vomiting , and constipation ); improves digestion; and helps the body flush out impurities.
Most likely from paint that has a lead content in it. Also, if their feeding or drinking dish was made of pewter they would get lead poisoning.
Some children get dehydrated in the summer.
