either the drive belt broke or the pump burned up from being run dry.
The power steering pump has probley quit working.
If it started out as a whining noise and then quit you probably have a leak. Inspect your lines coming off the pump and your cap or check fluid level if full pump is bad.
If she really is your boss, you have no such power. Just quit.
WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO? but if your serious.. just.. quit! it's not hard just don't post.
Power steering will quit, Water pump won't work. Alternator will not charge.
I have a 95 galant that would just quit running at a stop or even driving it would just loose all electrical power. It turned out to be the cheap alarm system they put in it. when i removed the alarm it quit having the problem.
Yes. Have had this happen to me. A serpentine belt is what brings power to both your alternator and your power steering pump. If the alternator isn't turned by the belt, it can't produce electricity, and your engine will stop. If the power steering pump isn't turned by the belt, it can't move fluid, and your power steering will quit working (note that you can still steer in an emergency, but it's VERY tough). Hope this helps. NJM
cause her dad wanted her to quit.
check the fuses. under the dash, and under the hood. Try tilting your steering wheel up, that fixed mine. There is a wire touching inside the column . I just don't move my steering wheel and it works fine.
there was supposed to be just the power of three but prue quit so they had to come up with a new idea
Definitely sounds like an electrical short cutting the power to the ignition system. The first place you may want to start looking is the wiring in the steering column if the windshield wiper controls are on the steering column, or behind the dash if the controls are on the dash. The most obvious signs would be burnt and/or bare wires.
No, Steven Skyler did not quit working on Power Rangers Samurai.
