Are you referring to automotive air conditioning systems?
It could be a faulty compressor. It could also be a malfunction of the air door, which mixes air from the heater and air conditioning to provide finer temperature control.
low on freon
if the compressor is Running you are low on freon, if its not then you have a electrical problem
could be elctrical not turning on compreesor could just be out of freon
If the compressor is running, the blower is blowing, and there's no cold air, you need freon. If the whining is from under the hood, the compressor may be damaged. That's what happens when running without freon.
the air coming from the vent is warm
it is a heater. heat. it blows heat. warm air
It's due to your car not having freon go and get it charged. The cold air is from you driving!
As the Freon level in your air conditioning system gets lower the cold air will become warmer and warmer. You will need to recharge the system with Freon.
Low on freon, a weak compressor, or a restriction in your metering device.
Check the temperature control cable
it simply means you have to add freon to ur air conditioner....you can buy freon at any auto parts store.
Could be many reasons but the most common would be low on freon due to a leak in the system.
