your alternator is either week in volts. Use a volt tester. or alternator is now working. replace it. I had same porblem with three batterys to test the alternator turn car on let run on idle and disconnect the positive car should still be running if it shuts off first check all wires on alternator if still connected then alternator is bad TIME TO REPLACE IT.
If the battery is brand-new and I would suspect either the alternator is defective or you have a lightbulb somewhere on the vehicle that is pulling power from the battery. It can also be a relay that is stuck.
check the starter
I had a situation where the security module(under the passenger seat) was drawing from the battery when the car was sitting. I removed it and the draw on the battery stopped, had to buy a new battery because the draw depleted the battery so bad over the winter that the cells died.

Any brand as long as it is the correct size battery.
Nissan is a very dependable car brand. Repairs are cheaper because the cost of parts are much cheaper than american and european brand cars. Nissan is a japanese car manufacturing company.

As long as the battery has the right dimensions the brand of battery should not matter much. The Sony brand, in my experience, is generally high-quality and low maintenance, so if you can afford it I would stick to the manufacturer brand.
Rather than assume, why not check the alternator? If an alternator is not functioning properly, the battery can only remain fully charged if the alternator replaces the electrical energy that has been used. Test the system to determine if there is an electrical drain, but start with the alternator first.
Nissan (the car brand) and Nisan (the month) are both spelled: × ×™×¡×Ÿ
