Why would the brain feel like its swelling and pushing out on the skull when having terrible headaches which would happen 3-4 times a week and taking 4 TYLENOL pills would just barely help?

I think the problem is, to a lesser extent, you get bad migraines. It could possibly be from anything, I know my friend gets migraines from the glare off cars. I think you should take some pain killers, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, and get some sleep in a cool dark place, and also during the day. During the day, have a nap with the curtains closed and the fan on a low cycle. Hopefully it should help. If not, or if you are still worried, go to your doctor.

You may have allergies. This will cause headaches around the eyes. It could also possibly be glaucoma. When the pressure in your eye goes too high you get headaches. Check with your eye doctor.
