never heard of reseting the fan however their is a reset for the compressor this is normally a high pressure reset and normally means that either eyour coil is plugged (one outside or one inside) also mak esure your filters are clean also sometimes the resets just wear out and start tripping very common on lennox products
a disconnect? if its a switch, turn it all the way off... then all the way on. if it pulls out and has fuses then be sure they work and stick it back in. or it could be that the breaker inside has been tripped. then you would turn it off then on.

That reset button is what you would press after changing the oil (after the change oil message comes on to the left of the tachometer)...
