My friend says if you are 200 miles below sea level and stick a pin in a deflated bike tire the pressure will blow the tire up through the pin hole has anybody tried it?

I am pretty sure this would not work. Pressure inside the tire would equalize to surrounding pressure. Perhaps if the tire was deflated at or above sea level and then brought 200 miles below sea level... and said experiment conducted... you might get some distension, but I don't think it would blow up.
