Why would there be a loud humming noise coming from the back of my car its a 1994 e36 320i BMW could it be the diff or wheel bearings its starts as soon as you start driving?

It definalty sounds like a bearing but to make sure I suggest rotating the tires and see if the noise quites down or is eliminated.

Mazda B4000 fWD Humming Noise coming from Engine?
The humming is caused by a " idol control valve" on top of the motor. It controls the amount of air going to the motor, and when it gets dirty or broken the humming starts. You can take it off and clean it out, (with brake cleaner) but my truck had 200,000 miles on it so I got a new one. It's only 2 bolts, easy to get to, the part is about 26 bucks most places. Good luck.
