It is just normal vaginal discharge. The vagina cleans itself all the time and this is normal. The discharge is usually white but it can turn yellow after a while. And then it can turn brown (that means it is old blood) before/after a woman's period. Again, that is completely normal. If a woman has a lot of discharge she may want to wear pantyliners. But it's NORMAL and does not mean a woman is cheating or anything like that.
Most women have what is called a "discharge". It is normal body fluid that comes out of the vagina, and it can leave a white or yellowish stain on underwear. It is perfectly normal, unless the woman has never had it before, and if that is the case, she may need to see a doctor to find out if she could have a yeast infection. That can cause white or yellow discharge too.

No. Men can have white stains or yellow stains on the front of their shorts. Some men can get easily aroused (for example: seeing a stripper) and perhaps have semen stains, but it doesn't mean he cheated. Usually the yellow stains are from urine or discharge. Marcy
It comes from masturbating, daydreaming having sex with someone or watching pornography.
Wash them after they use the bathroom. Simple doggie shampoo or dish soap will turn it white again
Juices from the vagina. It is normal to see the stains. If they become yellow, then she has got a yeast infection.
