Why would this site call your 10 year old stupid when she asked her math question?

Contributors are people from all over the world. Unfortunately, some users try to be smart-alec or rude. Be assured that no one who works for or volunteers for WikiAnswers would do that. Please express my apologies to your little girl. We have very good supervisors over in the Math category who contribute countless hours to answering from the simplest to the most complex math questions. I hope one of them sees your daughter's question.

It depends on the context in which you use the word. You cannot call anyone any name, because that would be cyberbullying. You also should not call a question or topic 'stupid'.But, for example, someone might ask how to spell the word stupid. In that case, you can either put You have spelled the word stupid correctly... or you can say The correct spelling of the word is stupid.
