you have a busted seal on the torque converter. does it come out of the little spout tube between the transmission and the motor?
Well what kind of a transmission is it bolted up to? different transmissions hold different amounts of transmission fluid and a 6.5 liter diesel will bolt up to several different transmissions.
according to my owners manual it is 12.7 liters
According to the 2002 Ford Mustang Owner Guide : 3.8 liter manual transmission fluid ( Motorcraft MERCON automatic transmission fluid ) 4.6 liter manual transmission fluid ( Motorcraft synthetic MERCON automatic transmission fluid )
Top of the transmission.. on a manual shift, it should be just behind and to the left of the shift column.
The transmission fluid is located in the transmission.
9 liter
The 1997 Chevrolet express 7.4 liter engine should never have transmission fluid point into it. The engine holds 6.4 quarts of motor oil. The transmission holds nine quarts of transmission fluid.
checking transmission fluid 3.1 ltr
I was looking at the 1997 Ford Expedition Owner Guide and it shows Motorcraft MERCON automatic transmission fluid for the two models of automatic transmission ( E4OD with the 5.4 liter ) I would also check to see if the type of fluid is engraved into the automatic transmission fluid dipstick
The manual transmission 5 speed car has a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine. The manual transmission 6 speed or automatic will have have the 3.0 liter V6. The 5 speed automatic car will have the 3.2 liter V6. The 5 speed diesel will have the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder and the 6 speed diesel will have the 2.2 liter 4 cylinder.
There isn't one. It is a sealed transmission.
