It doesn't. The amount of time it takes for a tablet to dissolves depends on the tablet brand. Some brand names dissolve faster but some other tablets can dissolve faster.
The more acidic the liquids is, the more it would dissolve (the alka seltzer would still be affected).

Technically speaking, a sublingual tablet would be placed under the tongue to dissolve. An orodispersible tablet would simply be placed on the tongue to dissolve.

If you have a finger like projection in the small intestine, seen by a scope, or X-ray? If seen by scope, it's usually a polyp. They are fairly common, in the large bowel they would remove it during a colonoscopy. In the small bowel if they have seen with a scope it has to be close to the stomach or close to large bowel. I would think they would remove polyps they can see. It doesn't hurt, and they would send it to the lab. to have it checked.
The chlorine should dissolve in water given enough time. It will dissolve faster in hot water, although I'm not sure how you would manage that in the given situation. On the bright side, you will definitely know your toilet is clean.
neo terminal ileum refers to the 'new' terminal ileum, i.e the 'new' last part of the small bowel. It would be referred to as neo or new because the original terminal ileum has previously been removed. If you haven't had the last part of your small bowel removed you would just have a terminal ileum. If you have had the last part of your small bowel removed, you will have a neo terminal ileum.
