Dizzy because the baby is sucking up a lot of the blood supply that used to carry oxygen to your brain; stomach pain because the baby is shoving your organs out of the way and stretching out all the muscles and ligaments that used to hold you together, and your back because now you are essentially carrying around a small Bowling ball 24 hours a day, which if you think about it would be a little rough on the old back. Isn't pregnancy grand?
