If you are not feeling hungry, you might not want to eat, but there's a difference between being unable to eat and not wanting to eat. Many people can eat even when they are not hungry.
The inability to eat could be due to any number of reasons including, but not limited to, illness, incapacity, unavailability of food, surgery, etc.
