Have you reset the computer? ==-Answer 2== A code 26 would indicate that the car is running rich. WHY its running rich needs to be diagnosed. You can feel pretty sure that you dont have 2 faulty ecms. A new O2 sensor is a cheap attempt at a fix, it is possible that it is not totally gone but giving a rich reading as its on its way out. After that unfortunately you are probably looking at carberator issues and they can be a pain. what year is the car?

My guess would be a weak ignition coil. Same thing happened to my delta. Wouldn't start in cold weather. Changed the ignition coil (60bucks) and it's been starting good ever since.
WOULD NEED TO KNOW YEAR TO BE MORE PRECISE, BUT MANY HAVE ELECTRIC STEERING GEARS. WHICH ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR A HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. HOPE THIS HELPS.
