Many people do not want genetically modified food at this point in the development of genetic modification knowledge and methods. Many believe it has not been thoroughly tested for safety, that the technology is actually behind today's knowledge of genetics, the regulatory process in the United States has been greatly influenced by those producing the modifications, etc.
Yes and no. You cannot but stock in the "New GM" (the company that just came out of bankruptcy), but you can buy stock in the company that was GM (but why would you want to?).
Supporters approve of genetically modified food (GM food) because they believe any risks would be offset my a huge benefit, and when theres beginning to get food shortages in the world grow larger food faster is only a benefit

no, they aren't very relevant as 70% of processed food contains GM ingredients and almost none legally require labelling. 90% citizens want to know whether the food they consume contains GM ingredients and due to the loopholes in labelling laws citizens don't know.

With money you can put it in anything you want but a GM product would be easier.
The number of people who do not want GMO food is not known. What is known is that a large percentage of people want GMO foods in the United States to be labeled like they are in England. They want to be able to make an informed choice about the food they eat, and many do not want to eat GMO foods at all, but labeling GMO foods has come against opposition from biotech and food companies.
Absolutely. All you would have to do is convince all the seed producers to stop GM seed production, and all the GM corn would disappear within two generations. The bigger question might be, why would you want to?
People have been modifing food for thousand of years when putting animals that give alot of food with animals that dont and having kids that give more food. No one really invented GM food, many people did bu after discovery of DNA in 1953 GM foods where created more prefesionaly
With GM problems now is not a good time to buy GM stocks.
