It sounds like the water heater is so far from the kitchen sink that a recirculating line may be required to keep the line feeding the sink hot, otherwise, it will cool down causing you to have to run all that cool water out before the hot gets there. The reason you get it faster when you run the bathroom is because you are drawing more GPM through the line with two fixtures on.
hot water gets rid of bacteria, but then again, so does soap. warmer water would be better, but it doesn't really matter unless the cold water bothers you
Liters, since a kitchen sink would hold at least 1 liter or 1000 milliliters.

Volume vs weight does not compute, unless we know what the item is you are measuring. If you are talking about water, 31 grams of water would be about 31 ml.
No; gold, aluminum and steel are all denser than water and a solid mass of any of these three metals would sink (unless their shapes were hollow and could thus displace more weight in water than their own mass). Lithium metal, which is less dense than water, can float on water (although, of course, it would be highly reactive).
Flooring designs vary and come in different textures and colors. In the kitchen, bathrooms I would say a laminate so that is you have a water leak it will not ruin your floors. In the living rooms and bedrooms I suggest carpet.
On Water Filter USA water filters for the whole house are priced at $1,994 for a home with one to three bathrooms. The same place offers $2,399 for a home with four to six bathrooms.
Curious.....why would it matter? Are you talking the Aerator flow rate? These rates are stamped in the aerator. No control is required unless you were using the kitchen faucet for scientific purposes where water flow rates were crucial, or you lived somewhere where water was very scarce and the police enforced flow rates.
alot of people dropped the ceilings in kitchens and bathrooms. also could be ductwork inside the soffit
You would weigh it on your kitchen scale
Before you wash everything, find and turn off the water source so no more mold grows. To remove mold from a kitchen, wash the kitchen with bleach and water.
1 would do it for 1 family. Depends on no. of people demanding hot water not total no. of rooms w/hot water plumbing.
The best renovation to the interior of a house will always be the kitchen and the bathrooms, these renovations give you the best return. If you want to continue, the third most important renovation would be your floors, hardwood would be a good upgrade.
== Current expectations include toilets, bath tubs/showers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, laundry room sink, drain piping for washing machine and dishwasher, ice maker for the refrigerator, water heater... Then of course you have appliances to consider and storm water piping. Most homes would have two bathrooms.
usually bathrooms
supply line cloged, could be jammed with rust.
In many states this is a common listing and represents the equivalent of 2 and a 1/2 bathrooms. The reasoning behind listing it this way is that you may have some houses that have 2 half bathrooms. If you were to count those each as a half you would end up with a number that would indicate an extra full bathroom rather than 2 halfs. So basically, the first number indicates the number of full bathrooms and the number after the decimal point equals the number of half bathrooms. 2 full bathrooms 1 half bathroom = 2.1 bathrooms 2 full bathrooms 2 half bathrooms = 2.2 bathrooms
