Because the moisture in the air is condensing on the cold glass. Warm air carries more moisture so in the winter if you can turn on your A/C and turn the heat up to hot then the windows will clear quicker and if you live in a humid or rainy climate turning the air to recirculate (see owners manual) then the air inside the car will dry out quicker and the windows will stay clear. Also if you get in the car with wet cloths on then that will add moisture into the air in the car. Repeat the steps above and be patient. The green color is just coming from the color of the glass and is nothing to worry about it will clear once the window is dry and warm.
Check your fuses.
Air air blower and a spray bottle with soap and water in it
Algae will develop in untreated water turning the water green and or foggy. If it is a swimming pool, and you don't mind, it can be treated with chemicals that you can get at the big box hardware stores or a pool supply place. If the pool is for fish you can use a biological filter and pump system.
Might be a bad heater control

Front windshield could have a green tint line at upper area as an option
foggierYou could say foggier, or more foggy. Usually the 'more' construction is for adjectives of more than two syllables. You would say more beautiful, for example, and never beautifuler. Here are the basic degrees of fogginess:foggy: This is the positive; the characteristic of fogginess is present.foggier: This is the comparative; it is more than just foggy, but not as foggy as possible.foggiest: This is the superlative; it is as foggy as it can possibly get.Foggier already means more foggy than simply foggy, and it already means less foggy than foggiest. The word more implies a greater degree, just like the comparative of foggy, above. So More foggy is the same as foggier.More foggier is redundant, and sounds very uneducated.
Because the windshield wiper is on.
Blower is about to die. I had same symptoms. Blower would not come on so I would run over bumps then it would engage. Replace blower no problems since.
Without a location that cannot be answered. In different parts of the world the weather would be different. In some places it would have been foggy and in other places it would have been sunny and other parts would have had other kinds of weather.
