Assuming there actually is a nucleus in the cell (it isn't undergoing cell division or anything), the nucleus is actually transparent and you see it with dyes that target it. You might be able to see it if it isn't transcriptionally active, when the DNA is condensed inside it.
to reflect then sunlight through the diaphragm of the microscope in able to see clearly the person who are using it.
A light microscope creates a magnified image through a series of lenses. The light rays reflected from the viewed abject, pass through these many lenses and form an enlarged picture of the object. It is able to show the fine details of the object that most people are studying or looking for.
as you zoom in the view gets bigger and if its not in the middle you wont be able to see it properly .
nosepiece
Rotating the body tube allows you access to other parts of the microscope that may need cleaning/repairing.
With a less stronger microscope the nucleus ,cell membrane and cytoplasm are visible, but in plant cell cell wall and chlorophalast
4.Nucleus
it is like a rectangular shape .nuclear nuclear can be seen under microscope
high power
the reason you cant see is because you are angling your eye wrong
the eye wouldnt be round and you wouldnt be able to see in 3D.
Yes why wouldnt she be able to?
The Stage of a microscope has that little opening so that light can pass through the slide so you can see what's there. without it, you wouldn't be able to see the specimen on the slide.
if a plant cell was missing the nucleus it wouldnt be able to substane like just like you cant substane a normal like without your brain and a company couldnt opperate without a CEO or manager.
We wouldnt be able to make any sort of proteins
no it doesnt if it did it wouldnt be able to be made.
You wouldnt be able to do research online or watch t.v.
