This is due to a bug (confirmed theory) in the system, the issue has been reported and hope to be fixed as soon as possible!
Go to the category home page.To the left, click "Flagged Questions".
First click "My Contributions" on the sidebar on the left. Then, select filter by flags and hit "Go". By counting the number of pages and multiplying by the number of results per page, you can get a basic idea of how many questions you have flagged and unflagged.
Yes, you can; just click "Get updates" in the blue bar.
One way is to go to the side panel (the blue section) and click "Flagged questions." Once clicked, it will take you to the page containing all of the questions that have been flagged. You will see a drop-down menu at the top saying "sort by all Q&A that were flagged for anything..." Click where it says "anything" and scroll down until you see the "Copy/paste" option. If you click that, you will see a list of results that have usually been copied and pasted directly from other sites (plagiarized).
WikiAnswers does have what we call flagged questions. You can flag a question by clicking on the red "Report Abuse". Then select the category you want(Ex: inappropriate) and then click OK. These questions are then soon fixed by supervisors and other people and then fix and delete the flag. The link below has a list of all the flagged questions.
If you see a flagged question and you think this flagged question should be removed for a valid reason, look just above the question and the flag will be there on the bottom left corner there is a "X" sign click it and the flag will be removed. If you think that the Question needs completely deleting, Tell a Supervisor or CA (Community Assistant)
Indeed you can. If you want to edit or remove flags, go to your Site tools, and there should be something marked "Flagged questions". Click that, and you will be directed to all the flag questions, where you can remove, edit, or add flags onto questions and/or answers.
You, yourself as a user don't exactly get flagged on WikiAnswers. You can have your account reported by a user, though, if they click on the "Report abuse" link on your profile, your message board or even your contributions. However, your answers can get flagged by other users or by the bots on this site if they detect gibberish, websites, profanity, long answer changed, etc. Other users can flag your answers (or questions) if they feel something is missing or needs changing.
For flags: you click the x on the flag. If it was a valid flag, be sure to fix why it was flagged. For answers: if it violates the rules and needs to be removed, click the revert button and choose the appropriate revision. If you are not a Supervisor and don't have the revert button, then click 'Improve' and blank the answer. For questions: contact a Supervisor if you think a question violates the rules. For discussion posts: contact a Supervisor.
click the link. [don't worry about it being flagged.]

Hello "Flags give you a quick way to remind yourself what messages need attention. Add a flag to a message simply by clicking in the Flag column next to the message. Check it out-you added a flag! Now, to sort messages by their flagged status, click the flag at the top of the column. With one click, you can see all your flagged messages rise to the top, with the newest listed first. If you click the flag again, the messages re-sort to the bottom, with the most recent flagged message listed last."
