Human bodies are complicated things, they need a lot of different foodstuffs to keep working just right.

One of those things is fat.

You don't need much, but you do need SOME, even if you are trying to lose weight.

Skinny-and-sick isn't going to be much fun.

But it's really quite easy.

You can stay away from all obvious sources of fat, like don't eat deep fried foods, don't eat cheeses that go all oily when melted, stay away from cream and butter and things like that.

If you're eating pork, trim off the fatty rind.

But don't go overboard, and don't worry about the fat INSIDE the foodstuffs.
