You absolutely should add the suite number or letter for a commercial address that shares an address with other businesses.
The only problem with suite or room numbers contained in an address is where in the address you place it. Most postal systems have been automated; that is the mail is sorted by machines. This means that the format for addresses should be a standard format to ensure that a machine will recognize each part of the address correctly. If machines can't recognize the parts of an address, the mail is misdirected or ejected for hand sorting, delaying delivery. The US Postal Service's standardized format (see the link below) is:
