People should spay or neuter their pets for many reasons. One is that they cannot get cancer like testicular or ovarian cancer if they have been spayed or neutered. Also, there are many animals already in the world so why would you even want to breed your pet? No two animals are even close to the same. I bet you didn't know that one dog can make around 60,000 puppies a in 5 years. So if there are so many animals out there and roughly 1,100 are born EVERY DAY. With so many animals to choose from and each one lasts about 5-18 years, why would you want to go through the hassle of breeding? So many things may go wrong. Finally, do you know how many animals are in a shelter now and how many need to be killed each day in order to save another ones' life? 400 in one state every day. Lastly, If you don't have your pet fixed and it has babies, someone will adopt your babies instead of going to a shelter and the pet in the shelter will be euthanized if not adopted quickly. Save one and save another- buy one dog and the shelter will have room for another-

Is there benefits to not spaying andd neutering yours pets?

The only benefit to not fixing your animal is that you don't pay for it. How do you get your dog fixed on foopets?

Spaying or Neutering a FooPetFirstly, make sure you have the funds available to do this. It will cost you 20,000 FooGems, or 200 FooDollars. Spaying or neutering is permanent, so please be aware that this decision should be wisely thought through before doing it. FooAdmin are not obligated (and system wise they are unable) to reverse the procedure. If you're certain you want to, then click on your pet's profile by selecting "View Profile" to the right of the pet's picture. Click on the breeding tab. There, you will find the options (FD or FG) to spay or neuter your pet.If you cannot afford to spay or neuter your pet If you'd like to spay or neuter your pet and do not have the funds, there are several people who are doing this for you. You sell them your pet for the minimum of 20, they spay/neuter it, and sell it back to you. Please do not do this. They are in this practice to gain free karma points that they did not earn. This is something that the Admins and FooMojo staff are looking into, but as of yet there is nothing to stop them, except decent Foocitizens with a conscience.
