Why does your 03 E320 radio display a MB logo then go blank - radio dead. Electric door under radio stopped working also?

If you don't have the radio code with the manual you will have to go to the dealer and get the radio code.

I have an e320 (98). To access the battery remove the rear seat cushion. If you are disconnecting the battery make sure you put a 12 volt source between the cables. If you don't your radio will be locked up and you will have to go to a dealer to get the code reset.

The sensitivity level is set to high on the vehicle. It should be set to alarm if car is physically touched.
