Suzuki king quad 300 runs rough blows a lot of smoke put new valve seals in still blows smoke won't run properlyI checked the timing its ok does this mean it needs a rebuild?
It probably need a top end rebuild. I just downloaded a service manual for my 2000 king quad 300 and followed it step by step. I had the cylinder bored .40 over and ordered a piston kit/top end gasket kit and I did all of the assembly myself. After everything it cost me $200 and 1 week of time. Now it runs great. Good luck

sounds like you might have an injector that is constantly firing causing a flooded fuel system, however it could also be your injector timing through your ECU.
