A male canary will not lay eggs. If your Roller canary has laid two eggs in two weeks, she is a female canary.
This may have been an accident. The bird may have laid too many eggs to fit in the nest. Discard the fallen egg and all should go fine.

Your question does not make total sense. If stored correctly, eggs will hatch after storage for 3 weeks from being laid. depending on species, eggs are fertilised 1 day to a few weeks before being laid.

They have the eggs in the last cycle because after they lay there eggs they die 3to4 weeks later
