Some sites (like YouTube) allow materials to be uploaded in such a way that downloading by visitors to the site is not permitted. This is an option that is taken by the person uploading the material, at the time of the upload. Your own system may have some checks that prevent you from downloading materials that contain codes indicating that they are not for public downloading. Possibly for some reason your computer is not equipped to download music.
