It probably means your car is cheap and broken, or that people did alot of test runs on it in the car dealership. -------------- It might mean that there is a short in your car's electrical system, or that your alternator is not working and is not charging the battery. It could mean simply that you did not fully charge the battery, and that yours is a newer car that draws charge continuously to power components with memory.
