check under the frame rail onthe drivers side at the drivers door thats where its at on a 1999
I have a 96 blazer and the fuses are located behind a panel just inside the drivers side door on the end of the dash..
Drivers side of the dash board next to the door. Also underhood ,drivers side, under black plastic lid.
there is no difference in wheel base
Slide in under the truck behind the drivers door and look up in the frame rail and you will see it.
there is two fuse blocks. one under the hood on drivers side. the other is on the side of the dash, drivers side. can only get at it with door open.

The door shell has the same part number for 99 and 2000 Blazer and S10 pickup.
The 2001 Chevy S 10 Blazer power door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.
