Will 24 inch rims bolt right on to a 1990 Chevy s10 if not what size lift would I need?

yeah they will 'bolt' but if your sitting stock youll need about a 4 inch lift all the way around and a perfect offset and possibly a slight cut on the fenders,I have 24's on my 87 s10 blazer with 4x4 rear leafs and a 3 inch lift in the front with a 350 sbc http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2979436
