24oz of beer every day? What's that about - 3 glasses? It's not going to do any harm as long as it does not go against any medical treatments or doctors advice.

In fact, as long as you are healthy and not diabetic or such, it can be very beneficial for many reasons. The best reasons are self gratification and relaxation and because you enjoy it, not to mention some known benefits from hops and the minimal amount of alcohol involved that acts as very mild sedative. Better than popping stress related pills by a country mile.
