Yes you can. Those tires are approx 31.38 inches tall and 11.54 inches wide. Chevy used a 265. 70 R17 as an option on these and a 285 70 R17 fits with no prob. This tire is 11.5 inches wide and 32.8 inches tall. You may need a leveling kit for the front which repositions the torsion bar locations and levels the front with the rear to correct the nose dive found on all those trucks. You can find dozens of kits on a google search and can be installed in an hour and a half. Good luck
