Yes but it will not start. Usually if you lose one phase the current will go higher on the other phases and the motor overload protection will disconnect the motor from the supply voltage.
In an emergency and for a short period of time you can single phase a three phase motor but the motor will be loud, have terrible power characteristics and depending upon the use will burn up rather quickly. Find the tensioner and move it to a position to remove the tension from the belt. The belt path is behind a motor mount... So now that the belt is off, I need to figure our how to get it past the motor mount. Stay tuned...

What I did was find the correct fuse for for the ABS motor and remove the fuse . the abs light will stay on but this did it for me. or find the motor just in front of the master cylinder and unplug it.
