As far as i am aware, Twilight cards will only be issued in America. If you want them, you will have to order them through a company online, or buy off eBay.
Inkworks (the original cards) has gone bust and has been bought out by NECA who are issuing the same cards again - so there should be plenty of supply in America in the next couple of month.
