In the episode " Twister", Bailey calls Cody when the scarecrow lands on her and London's car. When the phonecall is cut off, Cody heads to Kettlecorn because he is worried about Bailey, he still has feelings for her, and when the Twister strikes and they are all in the stork cellar, Bailey has a dream, and when she wakes up, she knows who she wants to be with. Not her old boyfriend Moose, but Cody, because she never stopped loving him.

Cody and Bailey got back together in Part 2 of the Suite Life on Deck special "Twister". In this episode, Bailey had gone back to Kettlecorn to visit her grandmother. Cody wanted to talk to her, and after a misunderstanding with Zack and London, he thinks that Bailey had left the ship permanently. He goes to Kettlecorn to convince her to come back, but it dismayed by the fact that Moose is there as well, for the same reason. Unfortunatly, a tornado hits and everyone is trapped in the same storage celler until the storm subsides. After a Wizard-of-Oz-like dream, Bailey chooses Cody over Moose for the same reason that she had broken up with Moose in the first place- he was trying to control her.
