Concerta contains methylphenidate, which will show up on a drug test. It will not show up as hydrocodone, but will show up as a stimulant. Concerta, like Ritalin, Focalin and other methylphenidate containing compounds, is a stimulant used for ADD (attention deficit disorder). If you use this medication for this purpose, inform the drug testing company beforehand so they can verify this with your doctor.

∙ 11y agoYes but it's normally highly dependent upon the persons root symptoms. Adhd etc. And so a good doctor wouldn't recommend the two together as the interactions may heighten ones root symptoms
