Yes. According to the doctrine of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church), there are three levels or kingdoms of heaven, the Celestial, Terrestrial, and Telestial. The Celestial Kingdom is the highest, and is the eternal home of God the Father and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ has the ability to visit those in the Terrestrial kingdom, but his home is the Celestial Kingdom at the right hand of His Father, God.
By repenting of your sins through Jesus Christ, becoming a more Christlike person, and acknowledging Jesus Christ as our Savior. While the Mormon (LDS) religion does believe that there are other ordinances that need to be preformed (such as being baptized by one holding authority and Priesthood of God, and being sealed to your family for all eternity (if you want to be)), they do believe that good people who try to live Christlike lives will get to Heaven too.
According to Christian belief, Jesus is in Heaven, seated at the right hand of the Father. Hell was prepared for the Devil and his angels.
John 3:13New King James Version (NKJV) 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.[a]
Joseph Smith, Jr. is usually credited as the founder (not finder) of the Mormonism movement. His followers believe that he was a prophet acting under the direction of Jesus Christ, so many would say that Jesus is the founder of Mormonism rather than Joseph Smith.

Christians believe that reaching heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ as their savior and living a life according to the teachings of the Bible. It is through a personal relationship with Jesus, repentance of sins, and following his commandments that Christians believe they can reach heaven after death.
